    T-Rex (OLTR)

These are assembled, pretested (Water dunk test for leaks) and ready to ship.

    T-Rex kits $110
Purchase kits and additional services here>

New lighter weight T-Rex made from aluminum. Includes: T-Rex Trigger Pin Low pressure barb 12" of low pressure airline Mounting hardware.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING>>>

Note on the installation of the T-Rex:
The T-Rex is NOT meant to be customer installed, they must be installed to EXACT specifications, there is no room for error.
However, once your frame has been machined you can easily remove and reinstall without issue.

Note on the Mini Vert frames:
All the frames I have produced up to this point will require customers to send them in for proper fitting of the T-Rex.
The V1 will need upgraded machining to the V2 design.
The V2 frames need to be fitted with the T-Rex mount.
    I'm sorry for the hassle.

    Note on T-Rex airline milling:
The airline channel milling I've done you years will not work with the T-Rex. The OLTR completely covers the entire top cavity of the frame, so the airline must go thru the hole in the OLTR. I couldn't go down the left because there is only one spot to drill the hole (In the OLTR) and it's super tight, no slop, tight specs. The problem is the hole would sit directly on top of the internal frame bracket, the only option was to switch sides.
Again, sorry about the extra cost but it was the only design option to cover all geometry issues.

Want me to send you a V1 Airwalk (#001) to see if it measures out to fit? But I want it back, lol.
Alternatively, I'll see if I can scan some HDDs pulled from old laptops to find the old CADs.

Are these brass, Anodized, or chromate coated AL?

I had an Airwalk to measure, it's too close to call. I either need someone to gamble the destruction of their frame or I need the CAD's.

The T-Rex sits farther forward and deeper in the grip than AGD spec frames are machined. The issue is the curved and filleted edge along the upper narrow part of the frame. It's possible that the machining will breach the outside of the frame.

Pardon my ignorance. Is this like a one piece pneumag setup?

I've updated the information on the T-Rex, there's been some confusion with the ins and outs of the project.
Completely my fault, the information will evolve as it becomes clear what I've missed up front.

Real interested in seeing what a complete setup looks like. I've only seen bulky ones. :-/
Maybe the phx should be pneu-phx!

Check out the armory thread about the original run of these. There's a few mostly finished builds, including a few different approaches with frames and LPR configurations.
