I specifically had the lasering done using the CNC body as a pattern. Looks like it worked out great.
TunaValves are done...

I'm having an issue with putting my tunavalve on my gen4 micromag. on/off wouldn't press in all the way and it doesn't line up with the thumb screw holes.JB

Did your previous valve have a Level 10 bolt?
Does the valve seat properly and correctly orient itself without a bolt and spring?
I know some people have had issues with L10 and Micromag compatibility. The fix was sanding down the lip around tip.>>WTB<< Sydarm w/ constant air__WarpedMephisto half-c/f body__Ac!d c/f trigger__TASO humpback frame__an Oh-MagComment

I installed and tested every valve in a 68 Automag with standard rail and powerfeed body. I can make no guarantees that it will fit in anyone elses bodies. If you want to send it here I'll see if I can get it in.Last edited by Tunaman; 07-19-2019, 03:47 PM.Comment

I'll try it in my ule since that's an AGD product. I am going to try my regular Xvalve in the micromag later today.JB

I noticed the problem with the rt on/off and Micromags several years ago, somewhere along the line the on/off got a smidgen longer. I have compared the early and newer ones but dont recall the exact measurements. That said, the MM2K is not machined to AGD spec..Comment

I was able to slide the tunavalve in my micromag once the rt on/off was depressed a smidge because of the o-rings I guess. But then the thumbscrew hole didn't quite line up with the rail/frame holes. It looked to me like it just didn't rotate around quite enough.JB

Were you able to get the screw in? Sometimes you have to let the valve out a little bit. There isnt a whole lot of tolerance there.Comment

Nope. I was not able to get the screw in. I needed like an 1/8" more rotation at the most to get the screw in. It was late last night when I was doing this. I'll try this afternoon again.JB

Yes, the bolts and springs are on the valves you see in the picture. Sorry, walking stick. That's a minimag valve with bolt that came out of the micromag. I didn't notice that it was in the picture.JB
