Yeah, lead time seems to be around 4+ months. I ordered verts April 24th and still haven't heard anything. Another person ordered March 7th and received the shipping confirmation email July 15th.

Well here I am posting again on these Emag grips.
It took over 2+ months to recieve the first hideous looking set.
And I was emailed and told they were working with some better carbon fiber
and that they would make me another set, at the 2+ month mark.
I did offer to send back the ones in the pics above but got no response.

Now here we are 2+ months past that point and I still have no replacement grips.
I am a bit disappointed to say the least.

Closing in on 5 months now.
Dont hold your breath on getting the grips.
You can see from the links above the first set was just absurd and I was promised another set. But I guess thats not going to happen.

not a matter of the 20.00... I think it's more a matter of business principles.

Maybe they shouldn't have taken on the project ( or accepted preorders ) if it was a project that were not equipped/outfitted to handle?

There are a lot of - "they aren't great but they will do..." posts, and I'm sure others who got them, and were less than impressed, but have not posted. It's kind of a moot point at this stage, we all know they have had production problems, quality and fit problems, and all manner of other issues.

Most of us are just waiting, crossing our fingers, hoping that ours will 1. arrive this year, 2. look good, 3. fit good

I'm really happy with the verts I got. And I will be purchasing a set of blue emag grips as soon as I can see orders start to move again. I feel they were well worth the price and wait, considering new angel spacegrips are about $35 and these are way better IMO for $19.

I got mine after waitting a very long time. The fit was a 10 and finish a 7. I think it was well worth the wait/time and the fact they want to send me a second set for free says their stand up people. I wanted to order a blue set, but I didn't want to slow down the production for others still waitting. I appreciate and support the efforts of any store, company, or indavidual who makes or mods anything for mags. I'm sure most of them are doing it mostly for the luv of mags and not just for the dollars.

Special "pip pip" to rudz for getting the cf grip thing together and being a spokes person...

I think people should know what they are getting into with Cougar River.
When or if they send me what I saw in the pics on their site I will also post
pics and sing their praises.

I have not been contacted in almost 3 months and as far as I know they have forgotten
that they told me they would send me a nice set.
So until I have what was advertised I will continue to let others know my experience
with Cougar River.

yeah... as far as I know they took my pre-order and bought a couple a extra large ZAs, no communication, no form letter saying they are working on it, nothing, nada, zip, zilch....

I figure 3 things....I ordered in June....

1. I'm out 20.00
2. If they show up woohoo
3. If they show up and look nice Woohoo x2!!!

just talked to roger, and they were having mold issues, after some revamping they think they have it set, the grips were bubbling up after the molding process, so thats why people were told grips were done, but as they cured the grips went bad, the last of teh orders should be turned out soon, and couagr river will begin to stock inventory..so please be patient with us, and im sorry for everyone who has had to wait..thanks

They were having problems with bubbles.
Well I dont have the grips yet but a reply to an email is some progress.

Nada, still waiting on my 90* grips in gray/black ordered and paid for April 24th (5+ months ago).
