you are not able to paint these at all, I guess technically you could but it wouldn't make any sense to do this. Because they are a brass fitting with a nickle coating you can't anno the pieces leaving powder coating the only option. I dropped about 1k in testing thichness, suppliers, etc. The cost is a direct reflection of the labor involved with the entire process- the fittings require a ton of pre fab and post fab work, disassembly and reassembly- packaging and then the fail rate as well its a big PIA.
