Are there any web site designers here?

I'm considering soliciting a designer to revamp my site. In addition to the design I will need help getting the new web site up, along with instructions on how to maintain and update the site myself. The biggest thing is I will need to maintain the site myself. I don't mind having to buy software if it's necessary.

For now, I think I would need:
Home Page
Cart/Checkout
Main Products Page
Form for services/custom work
Templet for product groups.

I would prefer that the general discussion be handled in the open forum here and any $ proposals be PMed instead of posted. I'm hoping to trade goods and services for this.

I do want to see examples of your work (i.e. up and running web sites)

I did that in about an hour for you and I still have tons of pictures from different projects you did for me months ago. Out of all the AOers out there I think I've had the most random work done by you... or at least from what I can tell. Also I was your first customer if I remember correctly.

Check out his work it is clean and decent, he will not sit on it and take forever either, he will constantly keep in contact and ensure you have the say in what happens or if you want to let him have the reigns then he can do that too, co-designed my site with his brother.
