Who did the ano?

I don't quite remember much about the PowerLyte Scepter barrels except there were longer/shorter versions of the bore inserts. Are they sought after nowadays?

I remember seeing FRSHR with this gun (original owner) way way back in 2003 or earlier so who knows who did the anno.
