I'm late to chime in. I sold my Benchmark double for $62+shipping.

I think your price of $40 is on par. The larger hole indicates rt as others have said. I'm sure someone could rig up an appropriate spacer/plug to fill the hole.

I put this on my rail and with the wings , it stayed in place. The larger hole was not an issue and was covered by the quick strip screw head.

Wings? If this frame has wings why would it be drilled for a banjo bolt? It still wouldn't work on a classic RT.

Nope. Your terminology is correct. And with them wings it will not work on a classic RT.
