I've opened a dispute. If i don't hear back by Monday I'll escalate it to a full claim.

I already escalated mine to a full claim because I PMed him twice and posted here for an update after paying. His online profile history shows he has been online since then, so he is clearly ignoring me. When you go to escalate to a full claim, there is an option to select "already tried to contact"

I still would like my parts that I paid for. However, no response at this point is not acceptable.

Yep I was one of them. He disappeared for a few months and then reappeared. He supposedly left the items to be shipped with roommate who never mailed off. Went through PayPal claim and received a refund. Once he reamerged, he did contact me and apologies and then resold me the item at even better of a deal to make amends.
