I am regularly going through DYE parts, including various flat top frame types that are used for custom builds
- DM4/5/C frames (rare, spendier)
- PM5 frames (rare, spendier)
- Proto Rail Frames early (more common, Dye UL style, tight room in frame)
- Proto Rail Al Frames later (less common, UL style but more room "up top" near body for sears tubes wires)
I usually have something up on ebay but I'm always cheaper here.
THere was a build post for PM5 on this site, I think it's gone, I have a copy and will get it back up.
Rawbutter has built several customs on these platforms. Not saying go bug the guy, but find his posts to see what can be done?
