Well I thought I had everything all bundled up with the last posting, but I've gathered a fair amount of stuff since the early 90's so I've collected a lot.
The LvL10 kit is not complete, but most of the internal goods are there.

I post this seperate as a chance for someone to hopefully gain some spare parts. I have a solenoid for a Empire (Mini/Axe/TM15), Empire Shockwave Board, Empire Redline Board. I have no way of testing, but I wouldn't have kept them if they were a new back up. Therefore, I'm not asking much for them since I have no way of testing, but hopefully someone will find success in a great find. $25 shipped CONUS US Priority. Instead of just throwing them away, I figure I would cover my shipping ($10) and pay for my dinner. Selling as is, no guarantees/warranties.
