Battery is almost brand new (used maybe twice) and hard drive has been upgraded. No major nicks or dings - see pictures for condition just the usual light wear. Works great; I just wiped the HD and reinstalled OSX - a copy of OSX is included, along with support documents. Never had any "issues" or "accidents" (spills, falls, etc) other than the battery dying "of natural causes" and it has just been replaced. Any questions just ask!
