225 to 250 as a whole.

I would say closer to $180-200 as a whole. Even parted maybe $250 or so. That rail looks beat and the site rail adds nothing.

Body $30-35 (possibly 45 if the body is pump milled.
Valve $125-140
Frame $45
foregrip $10
Sear $12
Rail $15
