How much do stock Airwalk frames usually go for? And is there any particular place you can get one or is it just one of those parts you have to search around for someone to get rid of?

not many were made so there really isn't a set price. if you are able to find one then tha price is pretty much wat ever tha selling is willing to let it go for. if your really wanting one, budget for 200 and if you can get it cheaper hells yeah!

Yeah typically around 200-250. And just have to keep an eye out.

Keep in mind that there are probably less than 60 of these in existence total between the two runs. Then a fair amount have been hacked up for mods and probably a few damaged/destroyed/lost.
