I have an extra standard rt valve laying around just wondering what they are going for nowadays.

normal retro / rt pro / emag valves with level 7 would go for $100 or so if it worked / no leaks, but...since the rt classic is it's own thing an not compatible with anything else, probably lower. you could always toss it on ebay and let the market decide it's value. is there any way for you to test it to make sure it works and is leak-free?
