Black RT with adjustable reg

Bought this a few years back, and got to actually play with it once before our local field shut down and everyone quit playing. That was before I bought and added the smart parts reg. Only shot it around the house until I ran outta air. I know the tank is most likely out of date. Could someone give me an Idea what i should ask for this piece? Should I sell the reg and/or barrels separate?
