i have one, no safety, can not get the board to switch out of semi, but it is a 20bps board you can adjust the bps on.

I have 13bps one that works.
the safety I need to remember where I put it.

To clarify, are you saying that the tournament lock button won't cycle off?

yes i believe that may be the case just letting it be known i couldnt figure it out or if there was an issue with the board or not.
