WTB Mag Setup with a few basic criteria

Would liek the build to contain all or most of the following -

Vert Feed Clamping feedneck body
Cocker Threaded Barrel
ON/Off ASA
ReTro/XValve w/ Level 10
ULT kit


If anyone has a Automag/Mini Mag/Micromag they are looking to sell or have enough parts they can build one out of their tool box, I have a buddy looking to buy. He has about $350.00 to spend.
