New bolt to reduce chops

I was thinking of making a rolley thingy on the end of a bolt, say on an angel bolt or somthing that if a ball falls half way in the chamber when you shoot the ball would just get pushed back up the feedneck resulting in a dry fire instead of a chop.

yeah, but right now I don't have the tools to do so....

i don't know how well that will work.... when it is pushed back up into the loader(assuming you have a loader that can feed quickly) that ball that is being pushed back up will have to go against the force of the other balls that are falling into place. That could result in a break in the loader or a breech chop.
