a way to get rid of breaks

i have no idea if this will work
well it takes place in spyder
could you make a suction system that went in front of the bolt through some kind of hole or somthing and pulled the shell and some oil in a resivoir (like the one under most spyder barrels)

i may be crazy but just tell me wat you think
