    Flatline BARREL(not tank)

I was thinking about the flatline barrel and how it works. Doesn't it just fill the vacuum that forms behind it? it doesnt really pull against gravity does it? Then couldnt you just make a straight flatline barrel, by just using the same principle by making the top of the barrel rough?(i know its short and basic so if its made for the tehcnical round table please move it)
Pardon my grammical and spelling errors i'm low on time and high on work.

People have tried the straight flatline. It doesn't produce enough spin to be nearly as effective. Try putting masking tape on the top of a stock barrel after polishing it.

The joys are when you make it work well.
The struggles are when they want it to be a different color

hey confedman75- nice title under your name.. :-p

I think what you are refering to by "fill the vacuum that forms behind it" is the Bernoulli principle.

            flatline

Galactic systems Z-BODY (for automag) is a flatline body which uses any barrel with autococker threads. The accuracy is unmatchable by far and it's range exceeds the Tippman flatline system. I have proven both of these facts many a time on the field where I play. This is why I named my gun MAG-NANAMUS.

Doesn't that use little fluffy things on top to produce backspin instead of just a rough barrel? Being that it is a body and takes cocker barrels. The flatline's goal was to create the flattest possible trajectory. Hence the name. The range is nice too.

Am I the only one who thinks it would be a tad silly to buy an Xmag and then replace the body?
