    speedloader system

Somehow a giant gated feed. I will probably built a real one and glue it to my HALO, because the shutter broke off.

the flaps can fold in the up directions without any problems, but the force needed to fold them into the down-direction is much greater, because of the leverage effect caused by the inner ring.

i built a prototype out of some plastic film for laserprinters:

seems to work very well. paints from the right direction fall right thrue:

paints from the wrong direction are stopped:

the pressure the flaps can withstand is seems to be great enough to withstand the forces caused by a run or a jump. even if not, one can always increase the thicknewss of the inner ring:

notice how the flaps are twisted only by 1-2 millimeters in the middle.

    what do you think?

That is pretty cool ,good job:) . I know you posted this a little bit back, have you added to it in any way? The only question I have is how do you over come the slowed feed rate that is inevitable when the paint must funnel one by one into a breech? I cant help but picture an A5 when I see your idea. The concept of a large propeller collecting and placing paint in a barrel from a large feed neck. Keep it up!
