The pressure of CO2 is related to the temperature at which it is held. If you increase the temp of the CO2, you also increase the pressure that the CO2 will maintain before it turns to liquid. In turn, if you decrease the temp of the CO2, you will decrease the pressure at which the CO2 will turn to liquid. CO2 will essentially be at about 0psi pressure at -40 degrees celsius. But at 20 degrees celcius CO2 will hold a pressure of about 850psi before it turns to liquid. Its this reaction to temperature variance, that makes CO2 such a bad propellant for high speed(bps, and high recharge rate) paintball guns.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

      co2

i have always thought about covering your co2 tank with a sock and putting a hand warmer in the sock to keep the co2 warm. i know this sounds dumb but it works. but now i use hpa because co2 doesnt run well through autocockers and most high end electros.
