Well boys the trigger stops are in and all I can say is

    OH MY FREEKIN GOD!!!

What a world of diffrence taking the extra travel and slop out of the intelli trigger makes. The pull is now comparable to a slightly longer stiffer mouse click.

Hahahaha, glad to hear it has worked out well, the slop is a big inhibition in the feel of a trigger pull. By taking it out, it must feel nice.

Something on my mind regarding this is, which is more beneficial: a shorter, harder push or a longer, steadier push for the solenoid to use. Which allows for a smaller/less expensive noid?

It feels great, short and snappy, I'm not a big fan of the super-light trigger though so others might disagree.
I'll have a couple of guinea pigs test it out next weekend.

Solenoids are best used in short hard throw applications. The longer the throw the less force a noid can apply.

          noid

So a noid being used for a 1/3 the distance pull with 45oz in the pull (still slightly under the noid used in Emags) would be easier to deal with/less expensive or more effective than one pushing 15 oz. the full distance? I am tempted to gut my new Gameface E-Rex and use the noid to power an extremely shortened sear. The force the noid applies to the sear must be about the same as a stock mag pull...... Damn I wish I still had my mag, lol.

Interesting discusion, i have had good results with the modified sear and have done several for other boardmembers as well.

Joni- if you need a sear modded i can do it for you, i dont charge for this. PM me if you want it done.
