I'm not sure yet. Maybe its a valve similar to the on/off, but in the bolt. A pin in the bolt comes down and a noid can push it in to open the valve and release the air. In fact, it is just like the on/off. Only thing is, its on the bolt so it would have to be able to move. See if you can get any ideas from that.
