Both Konami and Kojima have said that it'll be ps3 exclusive and I bet Sony has given Konami a giant bail of money to stop them going multiplatform.

fanboys, part of me hopes that it'll get a 360 release, because then i won't have to shell out for a ps3, but I seriously doubt that it will. Also if you check out the gameplay video released it seems like the game uses the sixaxis, something not easily emulated without the new pad.

the sixaxis 1st person mode didn't even occur to me when I was thinking of them porting it to the 360... lol, It seems more and more unrealistic that MGS4 will make it to the 360 now. I'm pretty sure you could just implement standard controls though so it wouldn't be that bad.
