Ally donated eggs to a fertility clinic years back, they were used with a couple, the couple had a kid.

Years pass

Parents die (i think, was only half watching) and kid goes to live with her aunt. She gets curious about her 'real' mom, searchs for Ally and shows up at her door. (insert mushy mother/daughter bonding) Ally asks the kid to stay with her for a while.

I love Lucy Lui and that blonde girl that reminds me of Darcy from smashing pumkins, I need a drool bucket when I watch that show. That show is sooooo fictional though. I mean EVERYONE knows that a girl that skinny hardly ever ovulates, her body just doesn't have the energy to push the egg a whole 6".
