you can't have black "tar" heroin. Heroin is the most potent form of opium except for oxymorphone. heroin is already at its climax. further concentration would result in the break-down of the opioid.Little table:

Close but no carboxyl group -- it is an Unprocessed form of diacetylmorphine. It is a VERY pure form of Heroin, just not a processed form of Heroin.
