I'm pretty sure we got a couple COs here.
Im thinking about taking a job in the state prison as a cook. Pay is good, get lots of vacation, some OT if I want, medical, etc.
Just found a sweet deal on a room in a house.. all utilities. (Sat TV, broadband, w&d, etc).. beats living with my parents and any other job I can't afford to live on my own.

Just wondering how the environment is, feedback I guess.

I'm living with my parents now. (In Maine).

If I didn't take this I would probably follow them down to Florida. I really don't want to go to FL. I just dropped 400 on a board this last winter, and want to spent this winter using it.

I'd live in a small town 15k or so. Prison is in the town.

Flunked out of college.. need money. Parents ain't helping me after failing, don't blame em either. I can get enough in two years probably.

Are you planning on working at the State pen in Canon city? If so Canon isn't a bad place, not too far from Pueblo, where they have most everything you could ever want to buy. I guess they've got a pretty sweet paintball field in Pueblo now too... Haven't been to it, but I've heard about it from people around here.

Wait a second... what does Maine have to do with CO? I'm confuzzled! I thought you meant Colorado!

Edit: I get it now, CO = correctional officer!
