        I don't know about inefficient, but this setup works 100x better than that silly aerosol can plus lighter crap. I've out shot in length and power anyone else's setup with something like that.

                      That one's not mine, I was just too lazy to take a picture of mine. My combustion chamber's 18 inches long of 6 inch i think with a 1 inch by 4 foot or so barrel. I use quickstart, which has more energy per volume than propane. Canadian winters do wonders for the range (oxygen content). A well-done propane could outdo mine, though, because of better mixture control. How is it not a firearm? It might not meet the government's standard of firearm (low muzzle energy and too slow) but I'm sure it meets a gunsmith's definition.
