I'm having this problem..ill be sitting there, i can let the clutch out and get it on to one wheel and straight up..but by the time i try to shift to keep them going my front wheel is slaming back down..im trying to keep a steady throttle hand..but any more gas to keep it going and ill be on my back( i know, ive tried)..any one have any advice?

You aren't using the clutch to shift while your on one wheel are you? Just pull up on the shifter with your foot, then when your ready to shift just blip the throttle and it'll slip right into gear. Don't loop it though.
And if you've got it on one wheel and your straight up (or at least close to 12 o'clock), you should be way past the balancing point, so you shouldn't need to shift at all.Comment

This is a good video. It helped me out when I was just learning. I still suck though.
