    Audio Programs

    Hey all,

I'm looking for a good program to make some audio with. (similar to Garage Band, but for Windows) It must be either free or relatively cheap. No trials either. If you know anything, please tell me.

    Thanks,

    Pzippy

Well it's not free, but pretty much the industry standard is ProTools...they have a good package deal now on what thye call the M-box+ the software..m-box gives you better quality sound ...i think it's now like a couple hundred dollars...which is cheap compared to what it was a year ago...

As for free, Im not positive but cooledit may be free..if not you can probably find it.Adobe also makes some good software...

Reason 3.x is what you want. ProTools is great but it will take you a lot longer to be productive.
