ok, i got really bored and decided to actually read the EULA(end user liscence agreement) for itunes 7.4.whatever. other than the known "THE APPLE SOFTWARE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN THE OPERATION OF NUCLEAR FACILITIES, AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMS, LIFE SUPPORT MACHINES OR OTHER EQUIPMENT IN WHICH THE FAILURE OF THE APPLE SOFTWARE COULD LEAD TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE." wait a minute.. did apple just violate it's own terms of agreement? http://www.bit-tech.net/news/2007/10..._into_flames/1
