    Don Vito in jail

MTV brings viewers the best in lifestyle and competition reality shows, plus live events featuring the biggest names in entertainment.

Well sence it is in the news, I can giddily say Mr. Vincent "Don Vito" Margera is sitting, as the crow flies, about 50 feet away from me as I type this. He was hit up for touching young girls and now sits in the Jefferson County Detention Center. Oh, and I know they say the camera adds 50lbs, but he is as fat in real life as he looks on the t.v. It took 8 deputies to pick him off the ground and put him in a wheel chair to get him from court over to the jail Have fun in the big house, next time keep your hands to yourself!

Naaaa he was here already and no pics/vids were taken. You are not supposed to have a cell on you, of course everyone does but...... As you could see in the link, he FREAKED out when the judge said guilty.

Oh well, now I know how it feels to be around a "big star" I want to see him flip out like he did in the Jackass shows, I just hope Im around when he gets zapped lol.

I don't really see where the funny is.

Its kinda sad. The guy obviously has issues, especially with drinking. Now he has to spend a VERY long time in jail due to something he did while he was so drunk he peed himself.

I do like Jackass and find most of their stuff funny but I always thought someone should have tried to get help for Vito before he killed himself. The guy is a mess.

That whole family needs help. BAM would be a great poster child for several types of mental-illness medication.

All you see of their family is on tv...not such great insight into someones personal life if you ask me.

Though Bam does act like that and always has, according to his parents and family.

Vito went to court sometime earlier this year I think for similar charges, but I don't think it was on minors..but the charges got dropped, because it ws obvious the plaintiff was attempting to get money.

Not to say vito wasn't wrong, but where were the parents?

If some guy is so drunk that he is peeing himself, you probably shouldn't let your daughter near him.

Yup, School of Mines.. PM'd ya also, but there's a reason I threaten to break into your house and PapaSmurf's specifically, I'm too lazy to travel much farther, even if there are Xmags there

Course, if what they say is true... by the time I graduate from here, should be able to get one legally... I think I'll just hold off for that.

" but the defense maintained that Margera had been in character at the event."

Yah, he had been "in character". He showed the world his true character. Lock em' up.

OK, now don't misconstrue this reply as "pro-kidde-groping", but here it is.

This dude (which I gotta say, I have no idea who he is) is ****faced and signing autographs, and these girls (who's parents brought them to get the autograph of a dude who's apparently famous for being a lush and a dirty old man) end up on the boob end of an old guy grope.

                              1) Why would their parents find it OK for their kids to be near a guy like that in the first place, much less admire him enough to get his fricken autograph?

                              2) The dude grabbed an under-aged tit in a public place. I must ask exactly how that warrants six years in jail? I mean honestly. We're talking momentary boob to hand contact with a bra and a shirt in between the boob-hand interface. That's worth six years of a mans life? I mean honestly here people. Does no one else find that to be an incredible over reaction? Why not just shoot the guy in the head right there? Life in prison? He should have killed someone for "looking at his ho", then he'd have had a better chance at leniency.

                              3) Are we honestly better off as a society where something like this takes hundreds of people and millions of dollars to square away, instead of two guys and a two hour *** beating? I don't think so. Six years to life in prison in exchange for a split moment in time that left nothing behind but hurt feelings and peed pants, seems like dire overkill. Two hours of hard core pain and maybe a few stitches in exchange for the aforementioned moment? Perfect trade.

I dunno, it just seems that everyone leans toward the most dire overkill possible, in the name of everyone being safer. Won't be a lot longer and we'll be back to the old Roman way of doing things. Run a red light? Death. Steal an old lady's purse? Death. Denounce the Emperor? Crucifixion and then, of course, Death.

I mean honestly people, does this whole trend not seem rather retarded to anyone else?
