Its made by SDS (no longer in buisness ), the price was right. $100 plus the Fed Tax. Thread mount, k baffle, aluminum, simple but effective.
Where are you out of Pnuemag?
I've got a Bowers CAC9 in 1/2x28 also, just don't use it that much. Been thinking about going an doing a 9mm AR SBR just to have a platform for the CAC9. The Lage is nice, I've already done the slow fire so it doesn't really call my name. I am throwing around the idea of extending the regular upper to look similar to it though. Mine is a side cocker with a 10" heavy barrel, I will probably flute the barrel, extend the front to match, and add a verticle front grip of some sort. I'm just starting to learn a little machining, I purchased one of those mini mills and have been playing with it.
I'm currently getting parts for a Pnuemag conversion, hope to complete it before summer. One mag has been changed over to a WGP swing trigger frame, that was a pain. Only endmill I had close to the right size was a little dull, made for some slow mill work. But it did come out pretty nice when I was done.Comment
