    Its Official!

    As of yesterday I am officially divorced! I went out and had a drink to celebrate the good news. Its amazing how much more cash i seem to have in the bank account these days!

    I'm both happy and sad for you. I remember when you posted about how you hoped to reconcile. I'm sure the future holds great things for you, though. Now, go plow some fields.

        not when theres no one around to spend all your freaken money for you. Machine gun... might be good for bear protection when im in alaska

                        When It was my "visitation time" for the kid I'd take a trip to the doctor's office and have test run. it's as easy as a cheek swab and no one would be the wiser.
                        If it wasn't my kid I'd change my name and move to a new state. That _ _ _ _ _ wouldn't get a dime.

                        I might even make the legal argument, "I hate the kid's mom so much and I dispise the fact I'm supporting a kid that isn't mine so much that it would be in the child's best interest it never sees me again.

                              Rule of equitable parenthood. Someone this applies to financial support more than it should - it should be used to allow for one to estabilish paternity.

                              Basically if you acted as the parent over a period of time, you are the parent in regards to custody and support, even if it is not biologically true.
