Bud light vs Yuengling

So I go to the liquor store the other night and ask for a keg of Yuengling. The guy behind the counter tells me "You know you can get a keg of Bud Light for the same price?" I ask him what on earth made him tell me that, and he said he was just trying to help me out. So my question is, how many of you are stupid enough to prefer Bud over Yuengling? Is there some kind of "Bud Light is actual beer and not crap" movement that I am not privy to?

now ive tried dozens of no-name to micro brews to specialty beers. but i have hoenstly never heard of Yuengling. can you fill me in? taste? body? strong/week? ale/lager/ect?

Yuengling is not a microbrewery, it is Americas oldest brewery. Its an ale. Its like Bud, except real beer, not fake crap.
