    I drink that stuff nonstop. I've never seen any discoloration.

      to each his own. I drink Coke (coca cola) during hockey games. Everyone tells me how bad it is, and that it will slow me down. I have done so since I was 10 (roughly 14yrs ago). I still out score most of the players on my team.

              that naked juice looks awesome..i doubt if ill ever see it this far up north(south dakota) but if i do ill be sure to pick some up..sounds really good.

                Oh, I wouldn't drink it during a workout, I drink water. (Tap water, because bottled water is stupid.) My point is just that a high-calorie drink works when you need calories (sports etc), but is a terrible idea when trying to lose weight. I know it seems obvious, but there are an amazing number of people out there who don't understand that.

                  Exactly, I drink it because I'm in NROTC and I work out. I would never suggest it to an idle person.
