That is very cool. It has been long known that Rotary engines in their original design were quite efficent, and with this new development, it appears to be a good thing coming. I noted that this was around 3 years ago, and I wonder what has come up to block them from market.
I do have a bit of concern about having very large HPA tanks sitting under me in a car. We have all seen what a small one can do when burst or broken.

More than anything I'm fascinated with the idea and simple technology. I just thought it would be interesting to see what someone like Tom could develop.

one that would never need new parts except for new gaskets every 5-7 years?
          fastest sustained MPG?
          Anti-Crash Technology?
          ULE Frames for added Torque?

Well close, but I was thinking more in terms of power, efficiency and design.

I dunno if it's all that much worse than sitting on a tank of gasoline..

We have seen what happens when a metal tank fails. It's a whole different story when a composite pressure vessel fails.

yea actually if you think about it an automag valve would work very well as an engine if it cycled fast enough.....

This air fueled car could work phenomenally, and there are many innovative inventions to eliminate fuel in a vehicle. The only issue is that politics come into play on this aspect. Its really sad to be honest.

VERY sad. If politicians didn't have influence over science, our world would be a much better place, and ethanol subsidies are the PERFECT example!!!

I agree. Who here has seen the movie "who killed the electric car"? Thats a perfect example of how politics/politicians want control over advances of technology that threaten their wealth.

With fuel prices through the roof, I believe that people will be more open to alternative forms of power. Who knows if it will take off, but I would love to have a gokart track with karts powered by air, now that would be sweet! Hummm..
