sadly I think that is just a rumor
taken from obamacrimes.com
posted Monday November 10Mr. Berg has been receiving phone calls today asking for a copy of "the order from the Supreme Court requiring that Obama produce his citizenship documentation."
Mr. Berg has not received notification of any such order or anything similar to it, nor is it posted on the Supreme Court website.
This must be regarded as an unfounded rumor until it appears on the Supreme Court website or Mr. Berg receives notification.
If and when the Court does issue such an order, we will post it immediately.Comment

Well, that certainly causes a whole lot of
to hit the fan. However, what's the other side of this story? Guess we'll find out in about 2 weeks.
Though the video does lose a lot of credibility with me for two reasons: produces by a company called Illuminati Pictures (anyone who's read the Illuminatus! Trilogy might know why), and the owner of said company having to say they're not conspiracy theorists wearing tinfoil hats. The not-republican, not-democrat argument I would have accepted for objective sake, but the tinfoil hat comment...Comment

anyone care to explain why it matters where he was born? (meaning what is the reasoning behind the rule that you have to be a natural born citizen?)
Am I the only one who thinks of it like this:
So if there was some great leader who had the superhuman ability to lead the country into the wild blue, we would deny our country his leadership because he was born in Japan and not on US soil? Even if he truly loved and wanted to better our country?
That is just stupid and arrogant that we would deny someone a position specifically on something they have no ability to control. (not talking about Obama, I mean in general.....this can be expanded far past the presidency, but hell they even wrote it down as a requirement)Comment

Other than it a requirement put forth in THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; no I can't think of more than a hundred or so reasons, seeing as how natural born citizens of this country are supporting terrorist activities and threats to this country.Originally posted by Hilltop Customsanyone care to explain why it matters where he was born? I think it comes down to the difference between loyalty and betrayal.
If a president was born...lets say in England way back in the 1750's.
The chances of him having an inherent feeling of loyalty to England would be understandable even if he felt strongly for this new nation. It would be within reason that such feelings could negatively influence his judgment for the good of this country.
Easy way to fix that...make it so only someone born here is allowed to be president. That way the only way there would be outside influence...would be betrayal and treason, two very bad words to a person, far worse words than the excuse of loyalty.
And thats why it was put down like that. It may not be Perfect, but thats why it said "in Order to form a more perfect Union"
Its a step in the right direction.Comment

It is not just in the olden days that that's true. Heck, look at some people here... There are people that love where they came from more than here. Remember that stupid "day without an illegal" thing? (and, by the way, that was a misnomer. It was a day without a working illegal day. They still stole from us via abuse of the healthcare system, public education system, and public aide system, and when they one my car they failed to produce financial responsibility in accordance with state law, so I got totally boned.) How many Mexican or South/Central American flags did you see? And Old Glory? Some people just have loyalties that lie elsewhere. Do you honestly think that one of the citizens that was probably in that crowd, natural born and naturalized alike, marching with all those criminals (and yes, illegal immigration is a misdemeanor and repeat offenses are felonies per Title 8, Sec. 1325 of the United States Code) would not do Mexico/Belize/Guatemala/wherever any favors at the cost of the United States? It is important, in my eyes, that you remove them from the running. It seems that making eligibility for the Presidency a birth right is the simplest way to be reasonably effective at eliminating loyalties that lie elsewhere. For those with loyalties to elsewhere that this requirement misses, I hope that those who participate in the electoral process would weed them out. You may say "that's not far." I say take a look around you and show me what is.Originally posted by MoeMagValid point.

well
well its in the Constitutuion (sp) thats why its important, if you change or bend the rules for that, why not chang or bend the rest of the structure (constitution) that this country is built on, and once you start to build a house on a weak structure, how long will it stand?Comment
