Pretty funny and he had good aim with that banana peel, but the music that played when he got the golden mushroom was the music from when you get the star, that completely ruined it for me.

Well, I am posting this on another forums, and may as well here too...
First the back story. I was a supervisor of the department that ran a go-kart track at a theme park. We did a go-kart night for our staff and did a Mario Kart theme for the event. Her is a pic:

Shifter karts will get going REALLY fast... and pull some serious gs in the corners...
sound was sketchy in the vid, but funny, especially if he really did take off from the cops like that...
shifter karts = nowhere near street legal anywhere
