CA - Your taxes are going up $1400

Don't know if your paying attention, but your taxes are going to go up if this state budget passes - gas tax, car registration doubling, income tax, tax on your tax..... You can calculate how much its going to cost you here (average for a family of 2 is $1400):

    Time for a revolt!

I think they're still short by one republican vote. I live here, but I'm glad my residency is elsewhere. But if things keep happening like this, it may only be a matter of time. Kansas is in the same situation.

When you cap what people can earn this happens. See you tell the "rich" that they cant make more than 100k a year. Thus making it "fair" for the little guy. OOPPPS I forgot to tell you. He pays your share of taxes. Now that the rich dont make money they cant support others.

                NYC will go next.

When the top 5% of earners contribute to 50% of the countries taxes it is not wise to tell them to stop earning.

They got the vote they needed, but had to withdraw the increase in gasoline tax. They'll just stick it some place else.

Yeah, Sen. Abel Maldonado of Santa Maria agreed to the third Republican vote. Here's a vid of him at the Rep. Convention saying how horrible it is that Obama is going to raise taxes on the middle class: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WVY45r-2Sg

He also signed a no new tax pledge in December. What a schmuck.

Here's his contact info, send him a message.
