What can I make w/ Eggs?

Ok, Its past supper-time and I am craving some food. I want to make something with eggs. I'll have toast also. I'm just looking for some variations of the traditional scrambled egg.

I know some people add butter or milk and whisk them together and fry. Some people season their eggs. Some put them on toast. WELL, I want to know how YOU like it and what seasoning to add to my eggs this evening.

Like it hot? Try taking some bread and buttering it on both sides. Then cut a hole in the middle of each slice(about 2 inches or slightly bigger around) and put it in a frying pan with butter. Put an egg in each hole (one egg per slice of bread) and season with salt and pepper. When one side is done, flip it. (Don't be afraid to keep adding butter to the pan.) Once you flip it, put about 3-5 drops of Tobasco sauce (or your choice of hot sauce.. I like Tobasco best for this though) on each egg (more if you like it REALLY hot). You can even cook the holes you cut out of the bread at the same time.

Do not overcook the egg... it is best when runny.

Okay... this may not be a gourmet meal, but it is one of my favorite Egg Evening meals. I like to toss in some fried SPAM as well. LOL

i like scrambled eggs with a little bit of milk and thne when there done put some texas pete on it, i have these almost every morning there soo good.

FRENCH TOAST! I may be young but I have known the perfect recipe for french toast for a while!
Supplies needed :
Pan (and stove) or a Flat fryer dealy
2 eggs
2 peices of bread
and a spatula.

Break both eggs into a bowl. Mix them both up very well.
Then dip the pieces of toast on the eggs so the bread is "smothered" in the egg. Now you basically make them like a grill cheese. You flip it over untill both sides are nicely done. Put surup on them and dig in!

Huummmm Eggs, I love eggs try some ham if you have some, If not sunnyside up is good to.

But no spam(Stuff possing as meat) I would never eat spam ever again, That and pea soup and smealts.

I love omlettes, but I use the Egg Whites that come in little pint containers. Yokes are too high in cholesterol. I take one container of the egg whites or egg beaters (egg whites only), spray a cooking pan with Pam (lightly), pour in the egg whites and add as much chopped green bell pepper and chopped onion as you like. Then sometimes I take Boca Sausages (meatless sausage thats actually really good!) and slice one up after microwaving it. Add it to the omlette! Really good, almost no fat, VERY low cholesterol (if any) and high protein!! Plus you get the vitamins E, C and a little A from the peppers and onions and Boca sausage and egg!
