Nice post shartley. You should change your title to SPAM Enthusiast.
I was watching the Food Network (they have some good, interesting shows, my personal favorite being Unwrapped), and they had a piece on SPAM. Supposedly it came about when Hormel had finished all of its packaging of ham one season. The President of Hormel saw that there was some meat left still on the bone of the ham (forget where exactly). Anyways, he didn't want it to go to waste, so therefore he had it cut and removed and SPAM was born (story may be a little fuzzy, but that is the main jist of it). SPAM really has been a big part of our society, whether its been in the military or the public's views/mystery feeling for it and what it exactly "is."

Deviled Eggs!
My favorite egg based food.
Hard boil a bunch of eggs, slice them long ways in half. pop out the yolk, (should be hard) and put all the yolks in a bowl... Add mustard and mayonaise and mash'em up good. Add spices to taste Paprika is good, and some salt. try horseradish, or relish.... or maybe even some tiny cubed SPAM! Or maybe just bacon....
Fill up the yolk holes in the egg whites with the mix and serve on a platter yolk up.Shaun Nelson --- old, fat, slow.... did I mention lazy? I ate all the pies

Gah, I make my own egg mc muffins. Its easy. just poach the eggs, or use one of those round frying pans that mcdonalds uses, plop the egg in, when its done, take it out, get some english muffins, canadian bacon, and american cheese. plop it all together and you got an egg mc muffin.

Easy poached eggs for your egg muffins. And shaped just right too! Crack ONE egg into a coffee cup and nuke for 30 seconds, stir gently (don't pop the yolk) nuke for another 30 seconds. The egg comes out poached and a perfect circle. Great for putting on a muffin with a little bacon and mustard. Just don't try more than one at a time.
I also to do the scrambled egg thing, but I beat the egg with a generous helping of La Victoria before pouring into a pan.
