Looks like the frame is bent / broken now too. See the change in angles right behind the cab :)... and its a weak point when overloading these things that extremely.

at least it didnt make it on the road and have a tire failure/have a chance to hurt someone.
they did more than overload the truck.....they bottomed out the suspension and tried to lift the front of the truck by putting weight on the rear bumper. Lever arms > any frameComment
