I live in CA and have found someone selling a car and would like to have someone check it out for me. I am still in the begining phases of the deal and am waiting for some details back. Shipping is part of the deal. If I pay via Paypal would I be covered if this is a fraud deal? The deal is almost too good but it also sounds legit. Help me out with any advise. Thanks
