Black Friday shopping...

So I was going to go surfing with a buddy this morning at sunrise (6:30).

So I figures I would wake up 30 minutes earlier and hit the wal-mart sale.

Get to Wally world at 5:10. The parking lot is FULL. So I park out in the back 50.

Walk in and grab my loot. Kids pj's and a fist full of dvd's

time to find the line. 200 deep! Arggg. So I begin what looks to be an hour long wait to check out. The line stretched from one end of the store to the other.

Then I hear a voice yell. "registers open in gardening".

I was 20 feet from gardening. So a quick dash to the register and I was out of there!!!!

I may have set a black Friday record.

Well, against my better judgement, I took the plunge and bought myself a Prophecy and some new amber lenses for my E-Vents.

So I guess I am both helping Bank of America (my CC holder) and the generally economy!

At least that's what I tell myself as I cry in guilt over my new purchases.

Is that location correct in your info? You run a paintball shop in Souteast VA? Which one? I live in Newport News.

Only store I went to today was the lumber yard I'm a salesman at.
And it was a ghost town except for employees.
I did go to 5 jobsites today and the traffic was almost non existent.

So I want to thank everyone for standing in line at Walmart and staying off the roads.
