While the list is rife with moronic Hollywood skanks, druggies, rapists and other criminals, I think Joaquin Phoenix deserves this years honors purely because how little he has to do outside of acting

Sorry, it's not hatred, I just like the idea of someone actually looking at an actor and judging them based on their acting or at least box office success.

I looked at that list and realized all the members were "fail" material based on their actions off the screen (or radio, or CD)... Stupid scandals and all that are a flash in the pan, but if you're going to apply the word "failure" to someone of a certain profession you might as well base it on their career.

Hell, Lindsay Lohan sells tons of movies and CDs; a lot more than JP. Whether that's because of her bad behavior or not, she's been pretty damn succesful even in and out of rehab and flashing cameras or whatever. If she was a box-office drag or a budget actor I'd vote for her.

Sorry Frizzle...I already voted (twice - once at home, and once at work). And while it was a very hard decision to make, I had to go with my gut feeling, so the two 'fails' that received my votes are Perez Hilton and Kanye West. Both 'guys' are prime example of douchebaggery at its finest...
