Lol...You know, I have a few Navy friends I work with that say the exact same thing. All branches guarantee. Every person I know signed up for a specific job got into it. This was back in the mid 90's. This in no way means your always going to be doing the job you signed up for. They don't have a MOS for cutting grass or raking leaves

started talking to navy recruiter yesterday, my electronics score is 233 and my nuke score is like 217, i want in to the nuke program.

here is the catch. I have a GED, i'm considered a tier 2 education. i need 15 college credits (have 12) and i need a waiver signed by somebody really really high up in the navy.

its a shot in the dark, but other wise i'll probably do something else technical in the navy.
