Question for people in teams

if ur on a team or are a team captain i would like to hear your imput on this question...

When making an important team desision, like jersey style and color how does your team do it???

my team is picking jerseys right now for the 2k2 season... we have 5 people and it is becoming imposible to meet all the players wants for a jersey like color and style... how do ur teams do it? this is almost becoming one big fight over it

I am a team captain for my 3 man team ( GoodFellas) , basically we all decide on something that we all agree on, on some things some of us give and some of us take, like one might wear a jersey he really isnt fond of, but can end up picking something else, its like give and take, like a big happy family!

Hae, i got a 3-man team too! 3 is easier to establish. Well, set up all jersey selections. Then ask which ones they like, i.e. style and color. Make it like a series on elimination!

our problem is a little diffent tho... we got a deal from pb junkies where we had to buy 5 full unis from them for a discount and we need all 5 of our players to agree on 4 things... its even harder because one of the 5 is being extremely picky!

This is why you have a team captain..........if everyone doesn't agree, then the captain makes the call, and it is done.

My team trys to make decisions as a team, but sometimes an agreement cant be reached, so the captain makes the call.

Kyle, you are team leader?? Wow this is a revelation, as i recall last few times we have played it was more of a follow the leader fest, with me being the leader. Or it was, i call for you to move up to a bunker with me, you nod ur head "no" and hide behind the tree, refusing to advance. Team captains must be agressive and have leadership qualities both on and off the field. Kyle you are well...a toilet, you take a lot of crap....

My team voted on it. We all agreed so there wasn't a problem but if we hadden't, it would have been majority rules.

I'm the captain of a 5 man team. We basically vote on stuff. I tried to get them to understand that the captain gets 10 votes, but they didn't like that too much.

We have been able to work things out diplomatically so far, though, I don't foresee having to use the BOOT OF THE DICTATOR anytime soon

i play for team inferno and i we dont wear jerseys we wear long sleve shirts all the same color but we dont look as professional as i would like but you know we are new and we are having the same probablem your having we cant decide what to wear so we were black long sleave shirts witha grey shirt over it and black pants

Tramp....SlipknotX556 lives about a bathroom away from me, we arent that close though, only BROTHERS! I am the eldest and therefor have the right to walk all over him as i please...its one of our rights you know.
