. I usually stop seeing them after a while though its the darnest thing...

Oh no! you could freeze the ice around an outlet fitting. And the pressure I run into my Keg-erator is only about 5 PSI. It could be done. Never seen it though. Another good use for CO2 by the way. Keeps it longer from going flat like the air pumps tend to do. You can go like four weeks on one with CO2 but only like 48 hours with air.
Might not be a valid point in your case as from the looks of you I doubt the thing will stay full long enough to get a chance to go flat!
Drink responsibly please. Don't drive and make time for study. The huge Freshman drop out rates do not happen because kids are not properly prepared very often. They are mostly related to Alcohol.
